Dehydrated Strawberries Does Dehydrating Food Take Out The Nutrients Out Of The Fruits And Vegetables?

Does dehydrating food take out the nutrients out of the fruits and vegetables? - dehydrated strawberries

I bought a new dehydrator and I like how come the fruits. If you lose your dehydrated food. I like pineapples and strawberries.

Does anyone have any knowledge about what happens to the nutritional value of foods when they are dehydrated?

No, all the nutritious food dehydration of fruits and vegetables. Have you ever thought of people on a diet of raw food? That is what I use when I do "raw" bread and want to have. They believe that if food is cooked, enzymes are degraded and the food is less nutritious than when it in its raw form. Dehydration, but not kill, because the enzyme is the food, the drying temperature is so low. So do not worry about the nutritional content is decreasing. Remains exactly the same!

Dehydration is the best! Only remove moisture from the food. Microwave Food and delete or remove nutrients, much more!
