Almost all natural carbohydrate present, complex or simple. After training, the body attempts, your glycogen stores in muscles and liver, and carbohydrates is not stored as fat (assuming the exercise was carried out) is actually pretty intense. You also need to eat quickly isolate a host protein such as whey or soy. Do not eat, not fat, because the process is the inclusion of carbohydrates and proteins slow.

As in any other time of the day, you will always be better to consume natural sources of carbohydrates, carbohydrates, if process. The fruit is always an excellent choice, as with rice (brown or white). I would stay on tacos and processing.

Any kind of complex carbohydrates, brown rice, whole wheat bread, legumes, apples, berries, etc. Some of lean protein are also eaten. Legumes are responsible for, or one or two eggs, a glass of skim milk.
